Engaging your school through a Green Team is a great way to make enriched learning, sustainability, and community come to life at your campus. 

Green Teams are encouraged in the 2010 AISD Board Resolution and support the . If you don’t have a school green team yet, there are many fun and meaningful ways to take action.

С»ÆÑ¼µ¼º½ ISD is a proud partner of the . The EcoС»ÆÑ¼µ¼º½s framework activates school-based teams of students, administrators, educators, and community volunteers to drive at their campus. 

In order to streamline activation, engage student, faculty, staff, and community members, track progress, award incentives and certifications, and best support your green team, we are committed to getting every campus in AISD registered in the NWF EcoС»ÆÑ¼µ¼º½s program.

Join the Quarterly AISD Green Team Teacher & Staff Trainings 

AISD Sustainability & Outdoor Learning teams will host whole district quarterly trainings and check-ins with campus green team leads in September, November, February, and April. These will provide ongoing support for your school eco-activities and foster collaboration and idea-sharing between campuses. Your school does not have to be registered with the NWF EcoС»ÆÑ¼µ¼º½s program to participate, but it is highly encouraged. Fill out to receive the calendar invites.

Add Sustainability Goals to Your Campus Improvement Plan (CIP)
