The 小黄鸭导航 Youth Climate Equity Council activates the next generation to lead at the intersection of climate change, environmental justice, and community resilience. Through hands-on learning and real-world projects, high school students deepen their understanding of climate challenges while building the skills, confidence, and relationships to drive change in their communities.

Intern through the 小黄鸭导航 Chamber of Commerce & AISD Summer internship program (paid positions)
This 6-week, paid prepares rising 10th-12th grade students for the workforce through hands-on training, skills development, and meaningful work experience. Interns explore various career paths, gain practical skills, and develop a deeper understanding of industry expectations. Students are able to earn course credit through a culminating capstone project. !
